Inner Work: Self-worth is our ability to value our unique qualities, gifts, insights, and essence as human beings. When we have healthy self-worth, we respect our inner needs and desires and take care of our bodies.
Self-worth allows us to create and maintain healthy relationships, do work that we enjoy, and make the most of our lives. When we lack self-worth, we ignore, reject, and condemn our unique feelings, perspectives, needs, opinions, and wants. Reflect and ask yourself, is your self-worth OTHER centered, or is it SOUL centered?
