We all have remnants of ancient wounds, disappointments, betrayals and heartbreaks buried with us.

Battles we have lost, and traumas that have contracted us. It is human nature, to contract around our pain, to protect the mind from reliving the failures. But our protection mechanisms become our prisons.

Everyone goes or will go through this.. No one is immune. This is the Earth School aka the UNIVERSity.

To liberate from the suffering, one must open up. Move the stuck energy and transform through the wisdom of understanding, and then love and compassion.
