We put so much emphasis on our monetary bank accounts in life. Always trying to save as much as possible, in order to have a fallback in times of need. We make sure to never take more than is necessary and always keep a little $ for wiggle room.
This same idea must be applied to our mental bank accounts as well. We must leave space and cushion incase accidents happen, or stressful times come upon us. When we take out so much that we are left with nothing, we are setting ourselves up for burnout and failure.
Make sure to invest in yourself. Set up an internal budget. Pay attention to the things that drain you the most. Be frugal and maintain a strong sense of security over what amount is allowed to be taken out. Deposit more than you withdraw.
