Take a second to focus not only on your physical breathing but also the reasons you do breathe and continue to. Remind yourself how special, how unique and how loved you are. Tell yourself you’re strong, you’re smart and you’re priceless.
Just listen to your breathe and feel your heartbeat. Become one with both and focus on the present. Don’t stay stuck on the past, don’t worry about the future. Just breathe.
