The power of sound is pretty obvious. For those who doubt, try sleeping to the sound of screeching and sirens as compared to the soothing sound of babbling brook. Nature provides gentle melodies certain to make a better lullaby as compared to most sounds. Embracing the power of sound helps when you are stressed out. Soothing sounds quell your anxiety and there are specific frequencies that have a calming and clearing effect on the energy around you. Protecting your energy through sound is not new and was used in meditation bringing harmony in the spirit.
